The IMX287LQR-C is a Type 1/2.9, approximately 0.4 MP colour CMOS image sensor with Pregius global-shutter technology for industrial and sensing applications. It is the colour variant of the large-pixel, high-speed device concept within this lineup, prioritising sensitivity and temporal performance over high pixel count.
Its 6.9 µm pixel size achieves four times the sensitivity of the IMX273 and IMX296 devices identified in the supplied source material. This enables the same sensor output with a shorter shutter time and can support increased inspection speed in factories. The device also provides high sensitivity in the near-infrared wavelength band, a useful capability where quantum efficiency is generally lower.
