The Sony IMX06A-AJ1R-J is a 50.3 MP back-illuminated stacked CMOS image sensor designed for high-resolution color imaging in embedded and industrial vision systems. Its combination of Quad Bayer Coding, Dual Photodiode (Dual PD) technology and stacked sensor architecture provides a flexible platform for applications requiring both high image quality and high-speed operation.
The sensor supports multiple operating modes, including DCG-HDR, QBC HDR and 4×2 adjacent pixel binning, allowing engineers to optimize image quality, dynamic range and acquisition speed for different imaging conditions.
