The <\/span>IMX568-AAMJ<\/span><\/b> is a Type 1\/1.8, 5.10 MP monochrome CMOS image sensor for FA and ITS cameras. It combines a square-pixel array with a global shutter and variable charge-integration time, providing a defined acquisition approach for systems that capture moving subjects or operate with controlled exposure timing.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Its individual technical identity is based on <\/span>Pregius S<\/span><\/b> technology. Sony combines back-illuminated sensor construction with stacked signal processing while retaining Pregius global-shutter pixel technology. This architecture supports a small chip size and high sensitivity, alongside the image quality characteristics of its global-shutter pixels. High sensitivity and low dark-current characteristics further distinguish the sensor\u2019s monochrome imaging profile.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For system development, the sensor provides a recommended recording resolution of 2448 \u00d7 2048 pixels and reaches up to <\/span>96 frame\/s<\/span><\/b> in 8-bit all-pixel scan mode.
