Munich-based electronics components distributor ViMOS Technologies today announced the partnership with Korean SRAM supplier NetSol. NetSol Co., Ltd., founded 2010 in Korea, is a fabless SRAM memory supplier using foundry services of SK HYNIX for their wafer production. NetSol’s focuses on design and production of high-speed, high-reliability and low latency SRAM memory products at better cost than all existing suppliers. NetSol\u2019s actual portfolio consists of a wide variety of asynchronous and synchronous SRAMs being pin- and function compatible to all other SRAM manufacturers.<\/p>\n

Due to a better SRAM cell, NetSol is able to produce smaller and cheaper CMOS dice in 90nm CMOS process at better performance than others with no need going down to 65 nm which might bear some bit error risks.
