GWANAK GW9241
18bit diff. ADC with SPI
High-precision, low power, 4-bit DS ADC and 12 bit SAR ADC
The GW9241 is a high-precision, low-power multi-stage analog-to-digital convertor. The GW9241 consists of 4-bit DS-ADC and 12bit SAR-ADC. It provides both speed and precision simultaneously with low power consumption. The output rate and bit resolution can be adjusted according to over-sampling ratio from 12bit to 22bit. The reference voltage is applied externally and can be set independent of the supply voltage. The GW9241 has LDOs. It provides single-supply operation. The GW9241 integrate Programable Gain Amplifier, Oscillator, Temperature Sensor, LDOs and OTP memory. It can reduce the cost and number of components. The device comes with a Maximum 24MHz SPI-compatible serial interface. The communication with host is carried out in byte-wise 24bit or 32bit protocols.
