The Sony IMX811-AAMR is a 247.04 MP back-illuminated monochrome CMOS image sensor designed for industrial imaging applications requiring exceptional spatial resolution and precise grayscale image acquisition. Developed primarily for factory automation (FA) cameras, it captures large inspection areas while preserving the fine image detail needed for measurement, inspection and analytical imaging.
Its monochrome architecture allows every pixel to contribute directly to luminance information, while the 16-bit A/D conversion helps preserve subtle intensity differences for accurate image analysis. Combined with the back-illuminated sensor design, the IMX811-AAMR delivers high sensitivity and low-noise image capture for applications where grayscale fidelity is critical.
Support for SLVS-EC, programmable gain and multiple A/D conversion modes simplifies integration into high-performance industrial imaging systems while allowing engineers to optimize image quality and data throughput.
The IMX811-AAMR is designed for industrial imaging systems that require ultra-high-resolution monochrome image acquisition and precise grayscale analysis. Its combination of high spatial resolution and 16-bit output makes it suitable for applications where fine image detail and accurate intensity information are essential.
